Then, because Josh got sad and whined when he discovered I complained to Google Play admins about lack of customer and partner assistance; Josh retaliated by assuming control of Google Play and the partner contracts my company signed with Google, Inc. / Google Play. Google Play Music. Where do I even begin! First of all, is there only one person in your support department? When a customer complains about the service they are receiving from that ONE PERSON do you only let them talk to that one person? Ever heard of escalation? Customer service? No? I used the chat support function in Play music to troubleshoot why over the past few months, Instant Mix has been getting buggy. It will stop working, stop eternal play and the mix will only have 10-12 songs in it. This is usually accompanied by my interface and toolbar expanding to include radio mix (which is your paid subscription service) and it will flicker back and forth. When it stops, Instant Mix will resume working. This is obviously not an update as Melissa S so helpfully pipes up, because updates stay permanent, instead of flipping back and forth like an indecisive shopper. Your team member Melissa S starts a debate with me claiming that Instant Mix is now a subscriber only version, which I have to solve by sending her the content of your own support pages. Hello, Radio is a different function entirely. Requesting I speak to someone else never materialises. When I send a support request via email after getting sick of 45 minutes of getting nowhere - why, I get Melissa S again! At this point I'm beginning to think you want her to haunt me with her bad customer service. She sends me a page explaining how Instant Mix works. This is ironic because I was explaining to her what the difference between Instant Mix and Radio was - which is even more ironic because shouldn't your customer service officers know your product offerings? She is also evidently not listening to what people say, as the point of this missive as a bug report and I had to explain to her how Instant Mix works. Maybe she found it so helpful that she had to share what she learnt when she reviewed the product offerings after I stopped the chat. A reply prompting a return to the actual problem, gives me THIS GEM. "As my team deals specifically with user questions about paid subscriptions and watching paid content like movies, the best way to send feedback directly to teams that design the features that you love (or would like to see improved) is to click on the 'Send feedback' link on the bottom of any YouTube page." WELL, GOOGLE PLAY MUSIC. As I am not complaining about YouTube, this seems like an unlikely thing to happen. Which is why I submitted a Support Request from Play Music, based on instant mix being buggy and not working - which is a problem because it is supposed to mix PAID CONTENT IN THE FORM OF THE SONGS I BUY FROM GOOGLE MUSIC. If Google Music no longer values it's customers that pay for selected content they desire instead of music subscriptions that often do not cover international content, then Google Music has a BIG PROBLEM. If there is no one else on your team that you can escalate to after a lodged complaint about your team member, this shows clearly the level of dedication you have to your paying customers. PERHAPS YOU HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE BUYING MUSIC FROM GOOGLE PLAY AND WISH TO DRIVE A MASS EXODUS TO OTHER MUSIC PLATFORMS? Congratulations Melissa S.
